JS Consulting Services, Inc. and its affiliates ("JS Career Services") are committed to protecting the privacy of the personally-identifiable information that we collect from you as you use this web site (the "Site"). The scope of JS Consulting Services' commitment is detailed in this Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you agree to JS Consulting Services' use of such information as described herein. Your identity and information is 100% secured with JS Consulting Services. Your resume will never be posted anywhere, and we will never send your resume anywhere without your permission.

A JS Consulting Services recruiter will contact you before we send your resume to any position.  Since we do not post your resume, you decide when and where your resume is submitted for any position.

What Personally-Identifiable Information is Collected?

JS Consulting Services collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users register, submit their resume for a job, apply for jobs, and participate in user posting areas, such as bulletin boards, discussion forums, or surveys. The personally-identifiable information collected may consist of a unique access ID, company or school affiliation, title, and contact information, such as name, mailing addresses, email addresses, and telephone and fax numbers, and, for recruiting purposes, any other personally-identifiable information on your resume.

How May My Personally-Identifiable Information Be Used?

JS Consulting Services uses your personally-identifiable information in evaluating any job applications or other employment-related inquiries that you may submit. We may keep any of your personally-identifiable information on file and use it to contact you for recruiting purposes.  JS Consulting Services also uses personally-identifiable information to perform statistical analyses of user behavior in order to measure interest in specific areas on our site. The e-mail addresses provided at registration allows JS Consulting Services to send e-mail to individuals based on keywords in their resume and preferences indicated during the registration process. If you do not wish to receive e-mailed notice of jobs, you can opt-out in our 'edit my profile' section. JS Consulting Services uses personally-identifiable information collected from cookies and IP addresses as described below.

Are Cookies and IP Addresses Used?

The Site may use cookies or session keys to identify you and your interests and to track usage of the Site. How Can I Access, Change, and/or Delete Information?

You may access, correct, update, and/or delete any personally-identifiable information that you submit to the Site. You may also unsubscribe from job alerts or any registrations on the Site. JS Consulting Services has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized JS Consulting Services personnel are provided access to personally-identifiable information, and these employees are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, JS Consulting Services cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personally-identifiable information.

Children's Online Privacy Protection

JS Consulting Services understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not intentionally designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger, and JS Consulting Services will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.

Any job advertisement that does not comply with applicable laws, included but not limited to laws relating to equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements; or Any posting that requires U. S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence in the U. S. as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulation, executive order, or federal, state, or local government contract.
